Our Coconut Rum might actually be one of the only Coconut spirits that’s made with 100% real coconuts. Much less sweet than that Mali-who and Koko-something. We infuse our Whitewater Rum with real coconut flakes for 3 days, meticulously filter them out and clarify as much as possible. It’s proofed down to bottle strength with a touch of sugar, coconut water, and Cornish water. Due to the fact we use natural ingredients, some sediment, and particulates may appear in the bottle - fear not, she’s tasty. This one is begging to be mixed with pineapple juice, cola, or in your favourite Pina Colada recipe.
