Our Black Spiced Rum starts life as our unaged Whitewater expression and is then left to soak up all the goodness from Irish whiskey barrels that’ve been smuggled into Cornwall. Spiced with raisins, orange zest, cinnamon, vanilla, lime, nutmeg, and almond - then sweetened with blackstrap molasses, organic muscovado sugar, and balanced with a pinch of Cornish sea salt. As a special edition, this rum gets its very own unique bottle, label, and dripped wax seal.
